Job Title:Game OperatorDepartment:GamesReports To:Games ManagerStatus: SeasonalAge:14 years or older
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of a Game Operator is to instruct, operate, and assist guests to create a fun game experience. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Games Manager.
Park's operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate clear instructions regarding how games are played and the criteria for winning prizes
  • Follow "Standard Operating Procedure" for games
  • Record number of players with buzzer and number of winners and level of prize awarded, if appropriate
  • Receive correct money/tickets, give correct change
  • Award correct tickets or prizes to winning guests
  • Stock prize shelves and displays
  • Ask for help or supplies when needed

  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills, high degree of integrity, positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems
