Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $19.00hr - $24.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage email and calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Dependability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email, calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and send reminders and prep materials.
  • Communicate professionally with a variety of audiences including healthcare providers and the general public.
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and shared files in Microsoft Office SharePoint.
  • Format documents, presentations, and reports to organizational standards.
  • Draft and send routine correspondence and respond to general inbox inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative backup to the team as priorities shift.
  • Maintain collegial, productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • Clearly communicate policies and procedures to non-technical audiences.
