Familiarity with collaboration tools (such as Slack or Jira), integrated development environments (IDEs), and cloud platforms is often important, and certifications in relevant technologies can be beneficial. Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills enable effective collaboration across distributed or asynchronous teams. These abilities are vital for delivering high-quality code on schedule while working flexible evening hours, often in remote or hybrid environments.
