Evening Server

MISSOURI ATHLETIC CLUB CLAYTON

JOB OVERVIEW

Be part of an exciting new chapter at the Missouri Athletic Club with the opening of MAC Clayton, the Club's newest location, bringing more than 120 years of tradition into a modern and elevated member experience. Opening in early 2026, MAC Clayton will offer refined dining, exceptional amenities, and thoughtfully designed spaces for wellness, athletics, and connection.

We are seeking confident, guest-focused Evening Servers (Full-Time) to support our elevated casual dining operation. Evening shifts are primary, with select daytime shifts available to support full-time scheduling.

Responsibilities

· Deliver warm, polished dinner service while building strong member relationships.

· Guide members through menu offerings, nightly features, and beverage selections with confidence.

· Maintain working knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirit profiles to support beverage sales.

· Execute service sequences with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.

· Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and Support teams to ensure smooth and consistent execution.

· Maintain organized stations and complete side work to club standards.

· Support seasonal events, private dining, and member programming as needed.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in upscale casual dining, hotels, or private clubs preferred.

· Strong communication skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced dinner environment.

· Professional appearance, reliability, and strong sense of urgency.

· Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality excellence.

· Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn club standards.

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive hourly pay plus commission. Anticipated compensation: $25-30/hr

Schedule Expectations

This is a hospitality-driven environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Scheduling will be built around business levels and member demand. Evening roles are primarily nights and weekends, with daytime shifts available to support full-time scheduling. All staff are expected to work select holidays, and the Club is closed on Sundays for regular a la carte service.
