Location: Tampa, FL

Job Description:

  • SharePoint Online/Server, MS Graph API, SharePoint REST API, PHP, Python, ETL Scripting, WP-CLI, WordPress REST API, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Custom Post Types & Taxonomies, WP All Import, MySQL, URL Redirect Mapping (301s), WordPress Multisite (preferred), CDN & Caching fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server - content structure, lists, libraries, and metadata
  • Proficiency in SharePoint REST API or MS Graph API for programmatic content extraction at scale
  • Strong PHP and Python scripting skills for building ETL pipelines (extract, transform, load)
  • Experience with WP-CLI and WordPress REST API for bulk content import
  • Expertise in Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for replicating SharePoint metadata structures in WordPress
  • Proven ability to build and manage URL redirect mapping (301 redirects) for large-scale migrations
  • Proficiency in MySQL and WordPress database optimization for high page-volume installations
  • Experience with WP All Import or similar bulk migration tooling
  • Strong understanding of WordPress Custom Post Types, Taxonomies, and User Roles
  • Familiarity with content audit and field mapping practices prior to migration execution
  • Working knowledge of WordPress performance best practices - caching, CDN, media library management at scale
