Job description

We're looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging digital experiences that delight users and support business goals. In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across devices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Analyze user behavior and incorporate feedback to improve usability and accessibility.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and user experience best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, interface design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user experiences.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise software applications.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
