Radiance Counseling Center LTD is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our integrated care team. This remote position allows you to provide vital support to patients dealing with complex mental health and medical conditions, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

Located in Gresham, Oregon, our practice specializes in treating patients facing co-occurring disorders such as chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and substance use disorders. We work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes medical providers, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients' diverse needs.

This role is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with and counsel patients. The flexibility of a virtual setting allows you to manage your schedule while being accessible to patients during their preferred times. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient needs. The successful candidate will engage in a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters team growth and patient success.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering patients' medical histories and current diagnoses to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment strategies tailored to meet the unique psychiatric and medical needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote healing and recovery.

• Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families on how mental health interacts with physical well-being, empowering them to take an active role in managing their conditions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in participatory team meetings and case conferences, contributing to a shared understanding of patient care plans and treatment goals.

• Stay informed about best practices and new research developments in integrated care to continually enhance your clinical skills and patient care.

This position primarily serves adults encountering the complexities of mental health issues compounded by chronic medical conditions. We focus on providing a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring that patients receive care that addresses both psychological and physical health needs. This empowers individuals to navigate their treatment journeys effectively while fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Proven proficiency in addressing mental health needs related to co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in integrated care settings and collaboration with medical professionals is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical standards, and strict patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative mindset and a strong ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly in settings dealing with chronic illnesses or integrated care.

• Specialization or additional training in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or chronic pain management is a plus.
