• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals, interventions, and methods tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and customized safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients' immediate needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience for clients.

The social worker will primarily work with clients at our detox center, a facility designed to support individuals facing substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions. This patient population often presents with a variety of challenges related to recovery, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. A strong commitment to addressing the complex and individualized needs of these patients is essential for success in this role.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly in substance use and recovery contexts.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

• Experience working within detox or substance abuse treatment settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and safety planning within a therapeutic framework.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus to eligible candidates.
