Radiance Counseling Center LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Our community health clinic specializes in treating patients with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. You will be equipped with the latest technology to connect effectively with patients and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account the influence of co-occurring medical conditions on patients' psychological well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized, integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical concerns, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment where patients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers to coordinate care, ensuring that treatment aligns with the patient's overall health goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support for individuals facing mental health emergencies, demonstrating clinical skills and sound judgment.
• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical health, equipping them with tools to better manage their conditions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and interdisciplinary planning sessions to enhance collaborative care efforts.
• Stay current with contemporary research and best practices in mental health and integrated care, applying new knowledge to improve service delivery.

The primary population served by Radiance Counseling Center includes individuals dealing with complex health issues that affect their mental health, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these patients navigate the challenges of living with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, fostering resilience and promoting recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Experience working within an integrated care model, including collaborating with medical professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines in all clinical interactions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong comfort level with computer applications.
• A solid capability to work collaboratively within a diverse interdisciplinary team.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in integrated care, group therapy facilitation, or specialized training in trauma-informed care are especially encouraged to apply.
