This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes, enhancing accessibility and convenience. The position involves flexible scheduling, accommodating both evening and weekend hours to cater to our diverse clientele. Our user-friendly therapist portal simplifies clinical documentation, enabling you to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapeutic care to adult clients through live video sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Collaboratively work with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Utilize systematically administered assessment tools to measure client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on these insights.
• Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation in our secure, user-friendly therapist portal.
• Engage in clinical supervision and professional consultation with our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance therapeutic skills and support best practices.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth through participation in training and development opportunities.
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of all client information.
• Create comprehensive client assessments and treatment plans, continuously innovating therapeutic approaches to improve patient outcomes.

You will work primarily with adults aged 13 and above, addressing a spectrum of emotional and psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Our approach emphasizes tailored care that respects the individual backgrounds and needs of each client, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their healing journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to establish rapport with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy and utilizing digital tools for therapy and documentation is a plus.
