LaSante Health Center is seeking an Evening Front Desk Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests within a healthcare setting, as well as overseeing administrative duties for the medical team. This position involves scheduling appointments in alignment with physician availability, clarifying intake procedures for new patients, and handling payment transactions. 

Responsibilities:  

·         Greet patients professionally both in person and over the phone 

·         Enter precise demographic information into Electronic Health Records. 

·         Coordinate patient appointments, providing guidance on required documents and arrival times. 

·         Serve as a liaison between patients and the health Center, directing inquiries accordingly. 

·         Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records 

·         Help with mailings, other projects, and incoming fax messages as call volume permits. 

·         Assist with any additional tasks directed by supervisor with diligence and efficiency. 

Qualifications

·         Customer service experience preferred 

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
