Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

RN Evening Shift Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes in health status.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
  • Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and provide sound clinical judgment.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic nursing documentation.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and changes in condition.
  • Promote resident safety, infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide clinical leadership while working collaboratively with the nursing team.
