We're looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead our Dedicated Transportation team. In this role, you'll leverage your leadership skills to ensure on-time delivery excellence while building strong client relationships. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise drivers and contractors, and drive continuous improvement-all while working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage independent contractor driver assignments and coordinate backup coverage as needed
