Our shift leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence. A shift leaders two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the kitchen runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Position Type:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Previous restaurant/kitchen experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership role is preferred, but not required
  • Available Monday thru Saturday
  • Available to work during evening hours, of 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Able to multi-task and lead groups to accomplishing main goals and task
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, often noisy and hot, environment
