Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Back of House (BOH) team to deliver high-quality food with accuracy, speed, and care
  • Monitor and maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational procedures at all times

  • Mentor and coach BOH team members, creating a positive and productive kitchen culture
