Second Shift Operations Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on, and takes pride in developing a team while ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.

As our Second Shift Operations Manager, you'll lead and support evening operations by managing internal team members, coordinating resources, and ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
  • Overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards are met across assigned accounts.
  • Partnering with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
  • Supporting new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and team members.
  • Monitoring operational performance through inspections, reporting, and regular communication with key stakeholders.

We're looking for a strong leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and enjoys building relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
