Responsibilities Overview:

As an Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN), you’ll lead by example, assist with mentoring the clinical team, and ensure every resident receives safe, exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a floor-level leadership role. You'll provide direct supervision to Charge Nurses, CNAs, CMTs, and Restorative Aides, serve as the clinical bridge between frontline staff and the DON and ADON, and ensure every shift runs safely, smoothly, and to standard.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership guidance and support to Charge Nurses (RN’s and LPN’s), CNA’s, CMT’s, and Restorative Aides.

  • Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

  • Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Support infection prevention, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with State Regulations, community policies, and clinical standards.

  • Assist with admissions, assessments, incident investigations, and clinical documentation as needed.

  • Serve as the clinical leader and decision-maker during the evening shift, responding appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs.

What We Offer:

Job Types:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with rotating weekends

  • Competitive Pay: $36+ per hour

Position Requirements:

  • A valid unencumbered Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care (LTC) or assisted living required

  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and team leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

  • Availability for evening shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays as needed
