Job description

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing the paper's marketing programs across all digital channels. The position develops and implements marketing plans, oversees go-to-market strategy, and manages digital marketing budgets to maximize return on investment. Using CRM platforms, you will create and optimize campaigns across B2B and B2C initiatives, with specific attention to Post and Courier Travel and Philanthropy programs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
B2B Inbound Marketing & CRM Management 

  • Execute marketing campaigns through marketing automation resulting in qualified inbound leads with the goal of growing advertising revenue
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generating content
  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, inbound marketing, email campaigns, content marketing and events
  • Host regular training sessions on how to use the CRM platform effectively
  • Ensure data cleanliness and governance within the CRM platform
  • Monitor and manage costs associated with CRM platforms
  • Manage Post and Courier advertising site with relevant content and marketing resources
  • Create B2B newsletter positioning The Post and Courier as the authority on marketing
  • Create marketing strategies to grow B2B newsletter

Philanthropy & Travel Initiatives

  • Implement strategic communication plans for philanthropy initiatives
  • Schedule and coordinate email campaign deployments for philanthropy and travel promotions developed by VP of Development
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline for Post and Courier Travel offerings
  • Develop and grow the new Post and Courier Advantage, a travel-subscription product
  • Create marketing strategies to grow newsletter to broaden travel audience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Oversee paid digital marketing solutions, owned & operated channels, events and more
  • Identify and implement segmentation opportunities for more targeted communication
  • Work side-by-side with teams across the newspaper division to support digital subscription sales
  • Support and advise cross-departmental growth with marketing strategy and tactics
  • Work with analytics team on campaign performance tracking
  • Consult with advertising sales leaders on CRM data quality issues
  • Support managers' CRM adoption initiatives
  • Leverage internal marketing platforms and proprietary tools
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements, minimum education level, and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5-7+ years experience in marketing
  • Proficient in technical platforms including HubSpot CRM, Teams, Constant Contact, WordPress, Google Drive
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in data-driven marketing and campaign analysis
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Creative problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated with customer-service mindset
  • Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends
