Job description

-Looking for a full time provider (5 shifts a week, 4 weeks per month).
-Call will be 1 week out of every 3 typically. Here is how that weeks schedule will be set up:
-Providers will work regular hours in the clinic and are on call in the evening. It should be billed as regular hours during the day and then night call on weekdays.
-The weekends are 24hr call.
NOTE: physician is expected to respond by phone ONLY and would not be "called back" onsite after hours or on the weekend. No call back should apply!
-Patients are scheduled from 9-12 and 1-430 most days, so there will be a 1 hour lunch.
