Job description

Job Title: Social Worker LCSW

Location: Monmouth Medical Center

Department Name: Crisis Receiving Stabilization

Shift: Evening

Pay Range: $82,513.60 - $101,192.00 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Provides psychotherapy services to mental health services. Keeps records and statistics relevant to psychological treatment. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW or LPC Licensure required
  • Psychotherapy experience

Scheduling Requirements

  • Full Time
  • Evening shift

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct assessments, participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, and authorizations for care
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with referral sources; facilitate clinical staff meetings, case consultations, and other reviews
  • Assist with coordination for services to best meet client need
  • Participate in program development with BH leadership, including QA and PI projects
  • Prepares and maintains statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational and official agencies
  • Provide group and individual therapy
  • Provides program oversite for clinical activities, ensures adequate coverage, and works in collaboration with BH leadership
  • Supervises social work students as assigned
