Job description

Evening Janitor - Part Time
Essential Functions
  • Clean restrooms, hard surfaces, empty trash and replace liners
  • Clean floors and carpets
  • Properly use chemicals to maintain the cleanliness of customer sites
  • Maintain positive customer relations and display professionalism
  • Use timekeeping system, keys, and security codes.
  • Report any needed supplies and equipment repairs to the supervisor, along with any potential hazards
  • Complete non-routine/emergency cleaning as specified by work orders
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Availability to work assigned hours with precision and attention to detail
  • ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred.
  • Employees should possess a valid driver’s license, to ensure travel to respective job sites. (Certain positions require a valid license to operate company vehicle)
Work Environment
  • Requires uninhibited manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 60 pounds (occasionally).
  • May be required to work atop ladders and operate mechanical equipment.
  • Work is performed in a variety of conditions, may be exposed to extreme temperatures (0-90 degrees)
