Location: In-Office (Prospect Lefferts Gardens)

Compensation: $90–$105 per hour

Schedule (Evening Position) Monday–Thursday: Choose one fixed schedule

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM OR
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team for an evening in-office virtual visits role. This position is ideal for an NP who prefers later hours and wants a stable, structured environment with strong clinical support and a consistent workflow.

You will manage virtual urgent care visits directly from the office, performing real-time assessments, diagnosing common acute conditions, and ensuring each patient receives clear and timely care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with the larger clinical team. A Medicaid ID number is required.
