CT Technologist – Full-Time, Evening Shift
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week | Shift: Evenings | Status: Full-Time, Benefit-Eligibl

Position Overview

HCT Staffing is excited to partner with a leading healthcare organization to offer you a rewarding opportunity to grow or advance your career as a CT Technologist. In this role, you will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures under the supervision of the lead or charge technologist and modality medical director. You’ll play an integral part in patient care while working in a dynamic clinical environment committed to safety, quality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all technical procedures as outlined in the Radiology Policy Manual
  • Adhere to departmental technical competency standards and ensure consistent, high-quality imaging
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain efficient workflow and a supportive team environment
  • Contribute to training and onboarding of new technologists, as assigned
  • Participate in professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and patient/staff safety programs

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Documented training and experience in Radiography
  • Additional documented training and experience in CT strongly preferred

Certifications & Licensure:

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Massachusetts Department of Public Health (BCEH) Full/General License in:
  • Computed Tomography (CT)
  • And one of the following: Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy
  • ARRT Certification with the following credentials:
  • RT(CT) – Computed Tomography
  • Plus ARRT registered certification in RadiographyNuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency with imaging acquisition, processing, and review systems
  • Experience using hospital information systems and PACS/RIS
  • Comfortable operating standard communication systems (e.g., telephone, fax, email)
