Job description

Arlington sits right between Fort Worth and Dallas, which means a dependable inspector based here can reach work on both sides of the metroplex, and there's plenty of it. If you already drive around the area, this turns that time into paid work on your own schedule.
The job is simple. You go to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied, and submit a short report from your phone. Most stops take ten to twenty minutes, and from Arlington out to Grand Prairie, Mansfield, and the closer parts of Fort Worth and Dallas, you take the orders nearest you rather than fighting traffic across the whole metroplex.
You're paid for every completed inspection, by direct deposit. As a 1099 independent contractor you set your own hours and decide how much you take on, which makes this easy to fit around another job.
You'll need a reliable vehicle, a valid license, and a smartphone, plus the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions, including knocking to confirm occupancy when asked. A background check is required. No experience is needed, since we train you for free and get you onto the open DFW orders as soon as you're set up.
That's all thirteen. Each one now has its own angle and stays inside the guidelines. Once they're saved, give the boards a day to re-review before touching anything, since frequent edits can trip them up.
