Associate Patient Services Specialist in ER Registration Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Evening Shifts.

Performs all registration functions for patients. This includes collecting accurate demographic information, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, obtaining authorization/precertification for services provided, and collecting patient liability prior to or at the time of service. Greets and serves patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
