How to gain 400 hours experience in CRCST?

To gain 400 hours of CRCST experience, you need to complete a recognized sterile processing training program and accumulate hands-on experience in a healthcare facility under supervision. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Evening CRCST, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Evening CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician), you need a solid understanding of sterile processing, infection control, and instrument decontamination, supported by CRCST certification.
