Renewed Beginnings Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist, holding a valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, to join our team. This full-time remote position involves providing telehealth care to children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that cater to your lifestyle. You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team of child psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff, participating in virtual meetings to discuss treatment plans, collaborate on complex cases, and share insights on best practices. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather relevant information about the emotional and behavioral needs of children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans through evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to fit various developmental stages and family dynamics.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services during high-pressure situations, offering immediate support and assistance to clients and their families.
• Engage collaboratively with child psychiatrists and other specialists to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment approaches.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to enhance collaborative efforts and professional growth.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a diverse array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Your role will be instrumental in providing comprehensive care that not only addresses symptoms but also empowers young clients and their families to navigate challenges actively.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and family systems theory.
• Demonstrated experience delivering effective individual and family therapy services to young clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and child-centered approach.
• Ability to foster rapport and build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and various computer applications essential for documentation and communication.
• Strong teamwork capabilities to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in child and adolescent therapy or specialized training in evidence-based practices will be highly regarded.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition, successful candidates may qualify for sign-on bonuses, further enhancing overall compensation.
