Gundersen Tweeten Care Center is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility in southeast MN with a 12 bed secured unit specializing in dementia capable care.

Job Description

RN/LPN Full or Part-time Evening position. Plans, organizes and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care using established policies and procedures. Instructs and supervises staff. Performs duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Minnesota.
