Your Daily Contributions
  • Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care plans
  • Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues, collaborating seamlessly with fellow physicians or working independently as dictated by your qualifications
  • Educating patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies
  • Prescribing treatments and medications as authorized within your scope

Qualifications You'll Need
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
  • Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Certifications Required
  • Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Ohio
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain these within 90 days)
