semester, nine semester credit hours during spring semester, six semester credit hours during the
summer session(s)), or in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements on the degree plan.

The Research Assistant will be expected to complete Human Subjects Protection Training (CITI). The Research Assistant with participate in various activities within the B.R.E.A.T.H. Bike & Research: Evaluation of Air for Texans' Health grant. In particular, they will be: 1) Assisting in Qualtrics survey management and dissemination to participants, 2) Assisting in calibration and testing of Air Quality Monitors, 3) Assisting in participants recruitment, 4) Contacting and Interacting with study participants, 5) Assisting in preparation of materials for study participants, 6) Assisting in installation of Air Quality Monitors, 7) Assisting in human subject and environmental data collection.
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Enrollment in the Sociology MS or Disaster Studies MA program. If hired as Graduate Teaching Assistant, must have 18 hours of advanced hours in Sociology.
