Electrical Vehicle Charging Sales Representative


We are looking for an EV - Charger Sales Representative to join our team to assist with selling our EV Chargers. The Sales will have a technical background of the Electric Vehicle industry and Electric Vehicle Chargers, and bridge the gap between the technical applicable properties of the product and how clients can utilize our chargers when purchased.

Responsibilities:


  • Aggressively pursue leads within target segments to qualify prospects that can access available grant/subsidy to adopt EV Charging.
  • Establish contact with key decision makers for sustainability programs within prospective organizations.
  • Consultative and value selling methodology, with a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and EV Connects capabilities.
  • Qualify existing leads and sales opportunities.
  • Navigate potential clients through the EV charger rebate process.
  • Attend trade shows, utility and industry events as needed.
  • Manage entire sales process from origination to closing contracts. Including all required regulatory paperwork, sales proposals and fully executed contracts.
  • Understand and promote company offerings, pitch sales presentations, prepare and execute send email blasts,
  • Visit clients and potential clients to perform site visits, record notes and take photographs to evaluate needs, and promote company offerings.
  • Maintain client records in salesforce.


Requirements:


  • Proven success meeting sales objectives
  • Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field ispreferred
