Job description

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a senior position where you'll manage projects with a real opportunity to build your own team and deliver high-profile Data Centre projects across Europe. You'll handle all aspects of contracts for various projects across Europe.

This is a chance to join a respected company during an exciting growth period. Key Responsibilities Review, prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Spot and manage contract risksHandle contract changes and claims.

Make sure all contract terms are followed. Work with project teams to solve contract problems. Keep detailed records of all contracts.

Report regularly on contract status Requirements At least 5 years of contracts management experience, preferably in mechanical contracting. Proven success in contract negotiations. Good understanding of construction contracts.

Knowledge of European contract laws. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in different cultures and countries.
