Job Description:
Licensed Health Insurance Agent conducts both Inbound and Outbound calls, focused on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from multiple carriers. This is a remote position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes;
  • Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients;
  • Ensure client records are maintained within client management database; and
  • Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.

Position Requirements:

  • Active resident Health Insurance License.
  • Current Year AHIP Certified.
  • Complete Carrier Certifications and Contracts.
  • Adequate equipment to work from home and proficiency in computers.
  • Good Sales Background.
  • Ability to communicate through virtual platforms.
  • Comply with State and CMS guidelines.
