Job description

Excellent opportunity to join a growing Estrella Insurance Agency in Deerfield Beach. Seeking a full-time licensed 440 to join our growing agency. Experience selling inbound phone leads a plus. Bilingual also a plus but not necessary.

We will pay $17-$22 / hour plus commission on new business premium sold.

Requirements Include:

Great customer service skills

Experience selling auto / commercial insurance

Strong computer skills

Knowledgeable on all P&C coverages

Experience selling inbound phone leads a major plus

Independent worker

Desire to learn and grow

Bi-lingual a plus.

Insurance Agent Duties & Responsibilities

As part of their day's regular duties and tasks, an insurance agent may perform some or all of the following:

  • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products.
  • Close the sale with current prospective customers.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives.
  • Provide customer support in a friendly, prompt, and accurate manner.
  • Network and build business referral relationships.
  • Input quotes and work renewals for customers.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 7pm and Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm. We are looking for candidates who can work certain shifts during this schedule and are willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that suites their needs.
