Description:

Premier Door, Frame & Hardware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team on-site in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, Hardware, and the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Manage projects from initial estimating through final installation
  • Prepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors
  • Support end-user aftermarket sales
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visits
  • Plan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlines
  • Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirements
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support team and business goals


What We’re Looking For


  • 3–5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required
  • Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Work on-site, Monday - Friday in Malvern, PA
