Help Esteem Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Redlands, California. This role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, providing flexibility while ensuring access to necessary tools and resources. Our virtual work environment is supported by modern technology that facilitates communication and collaboration among a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. Expect to engage actively in online meetings, case discussions, and strategy sessions to best support our clients' needs.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide effective treatment.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to process and manage their challenges.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at achieving each client’s goals.
• Provide guidance and resources to families, equipping them with tools necessary for sustainable growth and resilience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation through our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with health regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

The clients we serve come from various backgrounds, presenting a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral disorders. Our focus is on fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings, instilling a sense of agency in their treatment journey. Our goals are aligned with community health outcomes, ultimately aiming for improved mental well-being and social functioning.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in managing diverse mental health cases.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and case management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, for case documentation and reporting.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Background working with families and children in therapeutic contexts.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as employee support programs.
