Job description

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in real estate with a clear path from licensing education into building an active real estate business and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides the structure, resources, and guidance to help you understand the industry while preparing to become a productive real estate professional.

You will begin with state-approved pre-licensing education while gaining exposure to the activities successful agents use to create business. Instead of only learning coursework, you will have the opportunity to become familiar with prospecting, client communication, relationship building, market knowledge, and the daily routines that support consistent production.

As you progress toward your real estate license, you will develop a better understanding of how agents find clients, create appointments, work with buyers and sellers, and manage opportunities. Coaching and practical guidance will help you prepare for the transition from completing your licensing requirements to beginning your real estate career.

Once licensed, the focus shifts toward taking consistent action, having real client conversations, and developing the skills needed to generate business. You will continue learning through training, accountability, and support as you work toward building a sustainable real estate career.

If you are ready to complete your licensing requirements and begin building your business, apply today.

Compensation:

$135,000 at plan commissions

  • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market to provide clients with informed advice.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing efforts and increase property visibility.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build professional connections and stay updated on market trends.

  • Experience in completing state-approved pre-licensing coursework for real estate.
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships using proven systems.
  • Proven track record of maintaining professionalism and effective communication.
  • Willingness to attend training and coaching sessions to enhance sales and business skills.
  • Ability to assist clients with buying and selling real estate, adhering to established models.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and transactions.
