Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international publishing partners to support long-term growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of licensees' businesses to identify opportunities for expansion and performance improvement
  • Analyze and review partner financial performance, sharing insights internally and with licensees to inform strategy
  • Connect partners across markets to encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and cross-border opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, editorial, brand, digital strategy, finance, and legal teams to support global licensing initiatives
  • Lead onboarding of new licensees from contract execution through launch, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination
  • Oversee trademark and domain management, ensuring compliance with Hearst standards and legal requirements
  • Manage partner access and permissions across platforms such as Meta Business Suite, including troubleshooting and support

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
  • 3+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media account management tools
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • This role is based in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in-office

The base salary for this role is between $80,000 and $83,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
