ESPN West Palm Marketing Facilitator

(West Palm Beach, FL)

Good Karma Brands and ESPN West Palm are seeking a full-time Marketing Facilitator to support marketing, creative, promotional, and social media initiatives across ESPN West Palm's portfolio of brands, including ESPN 106.3 FM, Deportes 760, PLAY, signature events, and bowl games. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to design compelling marketing materials, create engaging digital and social content, support campaign execution, and contribute to event marketing while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and content teams. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for sports, branding, and storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help grow audiences, elevate partner experiences, and bring the ESPN West Palm brands to life across multiple platforms.

Career Responsibilities of a Marketing Facilitator

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across ESPN 106.3 FM, Deportes 760, PLAY, events, bowl properties, and other ESPN West Palm assets.
  • Design, create, and maintain sales and marketing materials for ESPN West Palm assets, including media kits, talent bios, one-sheets, presentations, posters, flyers, banners, promotional materials, and other creative assets.
  • Maintain and regularly update sales and marketing materials to ensure they reflect current brand messaging, audience information, campaign objectives, and partner opportunities.
  • Develop campaign, event, and promotional recaps for Marketing Consultants to share with partners and utilize in future sales efforts.
  • Create graphics, photos, video assets, logos, and other digital content to support shows, talent, events, promotions, community initiatives, and partner campaigns across ESPN West Palm brands.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content highlighting daily show content, talent, events, promotions, and partner integrations across ESPN West Palm platforms.
  • Support the creation of graphics and other visual content for ESPN West Palm’s YouTube channel and additional digital platforms.
  • Stay current on social media, digital content, and marketing trends and collaborate with the marketing team to identify engaging opportunities for ESPN West Palm brands and partners.
  • Coordinate with signage, printing, and promotional vendors to ensure proofs, specifications, file formats, production timelines, and final materials are accurate.
  • Maintain sales and marketing execution grids to accurately track campaigns, promotional elements, deadlines, and partner deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain marketing resources, creative files, templates, and sales materials within SharePoint and other shared platforms.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing meetings and support the coordination and follow-through of resulting strategies and initiatives.
  • Attend and support signature events, partner activations, promotional appearances, and other events as needed.
  • Integrate AI tools into creative and marketing workflows to support ideation, content development, design exploration, editing, versioning, project coordination, and production efficiency while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, promotional events, partnership activations, or community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating volunteers, interns, event staff, or student organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices preferred.
  • Ability to capture basic photo and video content for marketing and promotional purposes is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County and work occasional evenings and weekends, events, and remote broadcasts as needed.
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with ESPN West Palm programming preferred.


Compensation/Benefits

This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and performance expectations. 

This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
