Job description

Position Overview

ESI Total Fuel Management is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support company-wide marketing, communications, branding, and digital content initiatives.

This role will work closely with multiple departments to develop high-quality marketing materials, manage digital communications, support branding efforts, and help drive company visibility across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and experienced managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Create and manage branded assets for digital, print, large-format, and event marketing materials
  • Design brochures, signage, presentations, social media graphics, and tradeshow materials
  • Develop visually compelling content aligned with company branding standards
  • Support layout and production of internal and external communication materials

Website & Digital Content Management

  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Ensure website content is accurate, current, and optimized for SEO
  • Support basic HTML/CSS edits and coordinate with vendors or internal teams on web projects

Social Media & Communications

  • Draft, design, and publish social media content, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with company initiatives, milestones, and events
  • Track engagement metrics and support campaign reporting
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Project Management & Cross-Functional Support

  • Manage marketing project timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with departments including Business Development, HR, Training, and Executive Leadership
  • Support company storytelling, branding, and communication strategies across departments

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Affairs, or related discipline
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
