This role sits at the intersection of process analysis, technology and public sector delivery, collaborating closely with project managers and customer subject matter experts to ensure delivered projects delight customer stakeholders and their constituents. The Solutions Analyst will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. Candidates who live in Tallahassee, FL are ideal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years SaaS or implementation analyst experience

  • Demonstrated experience in application configuration and workflow design
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
  • Awareness of user experience (UX) design/configuration principles
  • Experience with PowerBI dashboard creation, data storytelling, APIs and system integrations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create PowerBI dashboards aligned to customer reporting needs
  • Ensure high-quality user experience through thoughtful UX configuration
