This role will provide ongoing support to the Warfighter by ensuring training devices are fully operational and in superior working condition.This is a fully on-site position in Huntsville, AL.What You'll DoAssemble, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical assembliesUse diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipmentInterpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentationDocument repairs and test resultsSupport quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement effortsWork in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standardsMaintain clean, organized work areas consistent with 5S and lean practicesEscalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when encountering unfamiliar defects or failuresWhat We're Looking For0-4 years of electronics assembly or repair experienceStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyBasic understanding of Javelin parts and capabilities preferredAbility to read schematics and follow controlled processesBasic understanding of ESD controls and safe handling practicesActive SECRET security clearanceAbility to lift 25-40 lbs. as requiredAbility to sit or stand for extended periods
