Job description

General Job Descriptions


1. Sign in ESD log twice a day (beginning of work and after lunch break) only required if working within 18 inches of product.

2. Review Production and Pass down Schedule or Instructions from Manager.

3. Review Work Instructions

4. Assist by creating schedules for bottleneck areas. Escalate all issues that prevent schedule from happening to Manager.

5. At the end of the shift, make sure the working areas are clean.

6. Escalate all issues to Manager.

7. Attend training and implement all procedures pertaining to Production such as ESD, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Safety, MSD Handling procedures.

8. Complete all required trainings and track.

9. Make suggestions on process and quality improvement to Manager.

10. Must be able to lift between 35 and 50lbs regularly.

11. Must be able to operate pallet jack.

12. Contract manufacturing experience is a must.


Additional requirements


1. Able to work independently

2. Maintain safe, effective and productive work environment

3. Ensure all steps in the Kit list are completed. Ensure that Document Control does Kit list correctly.

4. Ensure all stockroom reports are updated and sent to Production team on time.

5. Ensure that all inventory levels are maintained in the Stockroom. Cycle count when needed.

6. Help in Box build material Min Max or Kanban.

7. Coordinate time when line shortages. Escalate only when needed.

8. Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

9. Additional duties can and will likely be assigned as need arises.
