Job Summary:

A successful Title Support Specialist will acclimate well to the efficient, fast-paced, professional, caring work environment here at Vista and join our mission in providing an unparalleled experience to our customers and colleagues. This person will be familiar with all aspects of title work and have careful attention to detail. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter title and escrow orders into appropriate systems with special attention
  • Review order files for accuracy and completeness 
  • Act as  a liaison between both the Title and Escrow departments and clients to      ensure timely resolution to any order-related issues
  • Navigate  multiple websites in order to research necessary data
  • Learn and follow Vista naming conventions, policies, and procedures in the order      entry process
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times  
  • Ability to review printed and electronic documentation

Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00 - $24.00 / hour based on experience
