Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people navigate important financial and real estate transactions?

Our client, a well-established and highly respected title and escrow services organization with decades of industry experience, is seeking an Escrow Officer to join their Goshen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing detailed processes, and ensuring smooth, accurate transactions from start to finish. While prior escrow experience is helpful, it is not required—this could be a strong fit for someone with a background in banking (non-sales roles), lending support, financial operations, or other detail-heavy customer service environments who is looking to grow into a new career path.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full real estate closing process from start to finish
  • Coordinate escrow transactions with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys
  • Provide high-level customer service throughout the closing experience
  • Identify and resolve title or transaction issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Follow established procedures, regulations, and closing requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Background in banking, lending support, financial services, or other detail-oriented administrative/customer service roles strongly preferred
  • Prior escrow/title experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred (ResWare experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain:
    • State title license
    • State notary commission

What’s Offered
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Prescription drug coverage
  • 401(k) savings plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid medical leave
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company-paid life insurance and AD&D
  • Voluntary benefits including accident, cancer, critical illness, short-term and long-term disability coverage

If you’re someone who enjoys structured work, client interaction, and learning a specialized industry with strong long-term stability, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
