About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our Mission Valley team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in escrow or a related real estate field who is looking to grow their career in the escrow industry.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple transactions and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Escrow Officers with residential purchase, refinance, and other escrow transactions
  • Open new escrow files and accurately enter transaction information
  • Order and review preliminary title reports, payoff demands, HOA documents, and other required items
  • Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title representatives, and other transaction parties
  • Prepare and distribute escrow documents and correspondence
  • Support the Escrow Officers and team with daily administrative and operational needs

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, transaction coordination, or another closely related field preferred
