Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional, customer- focused manner.
  • Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Open and accurately record incoming titles and/or invoices, according to established procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.
  • Contribute to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed on sale/customer promotion dates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent follow-through and communication skills.
  • Prefer 1 or more years of experience in an auto dealership. We will train the right candidate.
  • Automate experience a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
