Job Summary: The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing the escrow process in real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth closings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Escrow Process: Oversee all aspects of the escrow process, including opening and closing escrow accounts, processing funds, and preparing necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a seamless transaction, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review escrow instructions, title documents, closing statements, and other related documents to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
