  • Address violations of company policy, local regulations, and unacceptable conduct in a professional and respectful manner
  • Offer accurate information and directions to guests, staff, and vendors, including hours of operation and venue policies
  • Receive, log, secure, and manage found property, and assist with researching and responding to lost property inquiries
  • Escort guests and staff to parking areas or other locations as required to ensure safety

  • Strong verbal, written, and basic technology skills required
  • Ability to perform general clerical tasks using Microsoft Office and site-specific systems
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and remain on feet for the duration of shifts
  • Demonstrated strong observation and situational awareness with attention to detail throughout each shift

  • Ability to move throughout all guest-facing areas of the restaurant, including entrances, waiting areas, dining rooms, and outdoor spaces as applicable
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently and up to 85 pounds on occasion
