Job description

Position Summary
The Sales Manager is a leadership role responsible for coaching the Reno Sales Team in the local market to achieve Division business objectives. Reports to the General Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Overall sales and sales growth for Reno market
  • Sales team recruitment, staffing, training, mentoring and development
  • Guides established sales team members in strategic planning for customer retention and expansion
  • Acts as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Develops and approves tailored pricing and quote solutions for key accounts and strategic opportunities
  • Manages inbound business and coordinates strategic enterprise-level sales leads
  • Works closely with sales, legal, and client stakeholders to draft, review, and execute commercial agreements
  • Effectively collaborates with all department managers and enterprise sales team to achieve BCI Division and enterprise objectives
  • Manages all house accounts and engages key accounts
  • Maintains BCI local market presence
  • Market condition awareness
