SAP ERP System Architect

Mountain View, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Supply Chain, Financial & HR Systems Architect to lead a major technology transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP, Blackline, PLM, Coupa, Workday, and ADP, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, integrated ERP ecosystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end architecture for SAP Public Cloud ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, CLM, and Workday HR systems — ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across all platforms.
  • Lead the design and implementation of new ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, CLM, and HR system modules aligned to business objectives and process optimization.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps for Enterprise systems and build rollout and migration plans.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff and business users on ERP and HR systems matters.
  • Conduct evaluation and optimization of ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Constructively challenge architectural decisions in ARB (Architecture Review Board) reviews.
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, CLM, and Workday systems.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Coupa, Ecosys, and Workday architecture and integration.
  • Experience in SAP BTP, API management, Integration Suite, and event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of SAP Clean Core, In-App extensibility, and side-by-side extensions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Cloud and security architecture.
  • Knowledge of Apigee API management.
  • Experience with Blackline and PLM/Ecosys platforms.
 

SOURCING PRIORITIES

  • Architect-level experience in SAP Finance and Supply Chain — REQUIRED.
  • Coupa experience — strongly preferred.
  • Blackline / PLM / Ecosys — good to have.
  • Public Cloud SAP experience — nice to have.
